Schools
MCCO is also able to supply food for high school breakfast programs around Perth, to invest in the young lives of the next generation. If your school is interested in having MCCO (partnering with Victory Life Centre) run a breakfast program at your school, feel free to get in touch with your nearest MCCO here.
MCCO really appreciates the help that various schools can give us. Schools can help us by becoming involved in our mid-yearly can collection drive.
For participating schools, MCCO liaises with School Principals to deliver a large empty crate, where students can involve their families, friends and even their wider community, to donate Cans of food for the homeless and people desperate need.
MCCO leaves the crate for about a month, then will pick up the filled crate of cans on the completion of the event.
MCCO also asks permission to take photos of the children of your school, and have the photos published on social media and local newspapers, to further expose the great work schools are doing on behalf of the homeless and for the wider community.
